A session shows Disconnected
Disconnected means the connection to WhatsApp dropped. Warsita reconnects on its own, usually within seconds, and the number stays linked: there is no need to scan again. Messages sent meanwhile wait in the queue and go out once it is back.
If it stays disconnected
- Check the phone. Open WhatsApp on the phone and make sure it has internet. A phone that is off, in airplane mode or without data keeps the session from working properly.
- Restart the session. On the session's page, click Restart. It reconnects without a new scan.
- Check the proxy. If the session uses a proxy (session Settings), make sure the proxy is up. Remove it to test without one.
- Look at the session logs. The Session logs tab lists each connect and disconnect with its reason.
If it is still disconnected after a few minutes, check status.warsita.com for an incident, then email hello@warsita.com with the session's name; we watch every session's connection and may already know why.
