Acceptable Use Policy

Draft of 27 October 2026

Warsita is for messages that people expect from you. WhatsApp bans numbers that send spam, and abuse from one customer can harm the service for everyone, so this policy sets out what is allowed. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. What Warsita is for

Conversations and notifications with people who know you and want to hear from you: customers you serve, members of your community, your own team. For example order and delivery updates, appointment reminders, support conversations, one-time codes, alerts from your systems, and announcements to groups people chose to join.

2. What you must not do

  • Send unsolicited messages, or bulk or promotional messages to people who did not ask for them.
  • Use bought, rented, scraped or harvested phone numbers, or numbers found by trying combinations.
  • Keep messaging someone who has asked you to stop, or make it hard for them to opt out.
  • Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or targets children.
  • Phish, spread malware, impersonate a person or business, or send links that disguise where they lead.
  • Promote illegal goods or services, gambling where it is unlawful, or financial scams.
  • Send messages that break consumer protection, electronic information, personal data or other laws that apply to you or the recipient.
  • Link numbers you are not authorised to use, or use Warsita to get around a ban or restriction WhatsApp placed on a number.
  • Probe, overload or attack the service, get around its limits, or access workspaces and data that are not yours.

3. Sending responsibly

  • Keep account protection on so each session sends at a human pace.
  • Introduce yourself, make clear why the person is hearing from you, and honour opt-outs straight away.
  • Send to new contacts gradually. A sudden burst of messages from a number is what WhatsApp flags first.

4. Enforcement

If we see or are told about a breach, we may ask you to stop, pause or suspend a session or workspace, or end the agreement, depending on how serious it is. We act immediately when a breach puts recipients, other customers or the service at risk.

5. Reporting abuse

To report messages sent through Warsita, email hello@warsita.com with the sending number, the time and, if you can, a screenshot.
