Keep a number safe from bans
Warsita links a regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number as a device. That is not the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and WhatsApp bans numbers that behave like spam. Most bans come from what is sent and to whom, not from Warsita.
Do
- Message people who expect it: customers who ordered, members who joined, your own team. Ask people to message you first when you can.
- Keep account protection on (session Settings). Warsita then shows "typing…" and waits a few seconds before each message, the way a person would.
- Send at a human pace, and spread large sends over hours rather than minutes.
- Use a number with a history of normal use. A brand new number that starts sending hundreds of messages is the most likely to be banned.
- Make it easy to stop: answer "stop" and similar replies, and remove those people from your lists.
Do not
- Send to bought, scraped or guessed lists.
- Send the same message to many people who never talked to you.
- Add people to groups without asking.
If the number is banned
The session shows Banned. WhatsApp shows the phone a screen to ask for a review; follow it there, since Warsita cannot appeal for you. A temporary ban lifts by itself after its time is up; then reconnect the session. Warsita's Acceptable Use Policy lists what may not be sent through the service.
